A Flat Card for the Note You Want to Send Now

A flat notecard is a single-panel correspondence card rather than a card that opens. You write directly on the open front, so the format feels easy when the message is warm but concise.

Use the space for a few lines after a meeting, a quick thank-you, a birthday wish, or the simple hello you want to send while the thought is still fresh. The flat format keeps the process approachable without making the message feel generic.

Your Name in the Holla Swash Script

Enter the name or phrase exactly as you would like it printed. The Holla Swash design turns that personalization into the visual focus with bold, free-flowing calligraphy and a long, playful swash.

Choose a bright coordinating envelope from the available color chart. Optional return-address printing on the envelope flap adds a finished detail and makes a larger stack of thank-yous or everyday correspondence easier to send.

100 lb Cardstock and Coordinating A2 Envelopes

Each card measures 4.25 inches high by 5.5 inches wide (10.8 by 14 cm) and is printed on substantial 100 lb stationery-grade cardstock. The open writing surface feels polished in the hand and comfortable beneath a pen.

Every set includes coordinating A2 envelopes. Choose blank envelopes for a simple presentation or add return-address printing when you want the stationery ready for mailing. Cards and envelopes arrive together in a clear cello sleeve to keep the set protected and neatly presented.

Personalized Stationery That Feels Good to Give

A set of personalized note cards works as a gift because the name feels chosen for the recipient while the cards remain useful across many occasions. Holla Swash is especially cheerful for a friend, graduate, teacher, teen, host, coworker, or anyone whose desk could use better paper and more color.

For more writing room and a private interior, choose the Holla Swash folded notecards. For lists and desk notes, see the rectangular notepad, or choose the square notepad when ideas need more width. For the whole coordinated collection, shop the Holla Swash stationery gift set.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a flat note card?

A flat note card is one open panel rather than a card that folds. You write directly on the front, making it especially useful for shorter thank-yous, congratulations, client notes, and everyday messages.

What size are the cards?

Each card measures 4.25 inches high by 5.5 inches wide (10.8 by 14 cm) and fits the included A2 envelope.

Are envelopes included?

Yes. Each set includes coordinating A2 envelopes in the color you select from the current chart.

Can the envelopes include my return address?

Yes. Choose return-addressed envelopes and enter the address exactly as it should be printed on the back flap.

What kind of paper is used?

The cards are printed on substantial 100 lb stationery-grade cardstock that feels polished and comfortable to write on.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Select “Yes” under Proof Before Production? and I’ll email a digital mock-up within one business day. Printing begins after approval, so a requested proof may add time to the normal production window.

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced in 3–5 business days before shipping. Transit time is additional, and proof approval can extend the timeline.
