PRODUCTION / LEAD TIME
TEMPORARY HOLIDAY CLOSURE: New orders placed between December 11th - 26th 2022 will ship between December 30th 2022 - January 3rd 2023. Regular production times will resume on December 27th, 2022.
Most personalized orders will ship in 4-6 business days. If you've requested a mock-up of your stationery, production time will not begin until you approve your proof, so please check your email and reply promptly to ensure fast dispatch!
Ready-made items will ship in 1-2 business days, unless ordered along with personalized items.
Larger orders & custom design work may require extended production times, depending on the size of your order. If production time will exceed 4-6 business days, I will reach out and provide you with an estimate.
SHIPPING / TRANSIT TIME
- Domestic orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class, depending on size, weight, and distance. These services advertise approximately 1-5 business days in the continental United States.
- International orders ship via UPS or USPS Standard International which may take up to 12 weeks depending on your location, & the speed of customs inspections once the package arrives in your country.
You may also experience COVID-19, inclement weather, or holiday-related shipping delays, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Please note, I am currently NOT able to guarantee transit times. Due to current events, the major shipping carriers have suspended their transit time guarantees, and are now only supplying the rough estimates listed above.
If your order is time sensitive, please consider upgrading to rush shipping at checkout which may help speed things up. At this time, I cannot issue refunds, discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experience transit delays which are outside of my control.
